Shipping methods include United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are calculated based on ship to address, total weight, and selected method of shipping. All refused, incorrect address listed, or undeliverable address will not receive credit for shipping charges. Additional shipping fees will be charged to reship a package.
We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible so if we have your product in stock and your order is placed prior to 3:30 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday we will ship it immediately. Orders placed after 3:30PM will usually ship the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you received all of the items as indicated on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within 5 days prevents us from accurately problem-solving the issue, and variances reported after 5 days will not be credited regardless of circumstances.
Prices are listed on the web site, and are subject to change without notice. WeConnex reserves the right to correct any typographical/pricing errors at anytime.
Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
Sales Tax (Within CA State Only):
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to destinations within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax according to the appropriate tax rate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form via fax to 909-206-1565

For Refund:All returns must be authorized by WeConnex within 30days after you receive theorder. There is no restocking fee applied to any return item(s). However, shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and include original receipt and RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. A RMA number must be issued prior to shipping item to WeConnex. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Unauthorized items returned to WeConnex not originally requested will be returned or refused at sender’s expense. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for15days within which WeConnex must receive return products. RMA numbers will not be extended, reissued, or modified from its original request. When requesting a RMA number, please be as detailed as possible and include your name, order number and the reason you are returning the item. Using this RMA number we will be able to track your request and credit your charge card appropriately.Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the package before sending it to us.
For Replacement: After30days, WeConnex only replaces the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. We do not exchange it with any different item.WeConnex will pay for the cost of returning the defective merchandise back to WeConnex. Please note that we only pay for the defective ones. WeConnex will also pay for the cost of shipping the replaced items back to the customer.
Please note: Discontinued items are not eligible for replacement.
ALL our cables and adapters carry lifetime warranties. Most of our electronic products carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated in the product's description. However, certain products offered by WeConnex.com are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. If a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, it will be stated on that product's web page. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website.
Limitation Of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WECONNEX, ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR ALLILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "WECONNEX") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT WECONNEX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT WECONNEX'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY WECONNEX SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
At the WeConnex we do our best to ensure all data is current and up to date on our web site, however WeConnex assumes no responsibility for inaccurate or out-of-date information within our website. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, WeConnex shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card,WeConnex shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice.
The information, services, products, and materials contained in this Site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, and links, are provided on an 'as is' basis with no warranty. At the WeConnex we also strive to offer the best products and services at affordable prices, but WeConnex will not assume responsibility for any damage to equipment, data or other property resulting from the use of our products or services beyond the price of products purchased from WeConnex.
